INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTIAL GROUPS
We seek to work with you in as helpful and flexible a way as possible and we are happy to discuss your requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions about your needs.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
Will be held for three weeks only, after which a booking form and preliminary deposit must follow. Please note: your booking will be confirmed when the agreed deposit is received.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-returnable. As a general rule we ask for 40% of the full cost to be placed as a deposit. The deposit is payable when the booking is made. The balance will be invoiced immediately after your stay.

SPECIAL DIETS
We can cater for special diets, with seven days notice.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods:-Personal or business cheque drawn on a UK bank - Cash - Bankers draft - Bank transfer - Travellers cheques - International Money order
We do not accept: - Credit and debit cards - Eurocheques - Personal cheques drawn on non-UK banks - Foreign currency
